NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 01, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-015519 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and RICHARD PRYCE A/K/A RICHARD GEORGE PRYCE; MARINA PRYCE A/K/A MARINA D'ABREAU PRYCE A/K/A MARINA D'ABREAU; THE OAKS UNIT V CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC, FKA FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; TENANT #1 N/K/A TELSALLA THOMAS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/19/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
