NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-012750 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-39CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-39CB, Plaintiff, and, ADRIANA L QUINTERO, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 241, BUILDING 21, OF THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16387 AT PAGE 330 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
