NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-017348, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff and IVAN A. OCHOA; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this October 29th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
