NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-013505 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Cynthia Hernandez, Robert Hernandez, South Cove at Summerfield Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Cynthia Hernandez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
