NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-007914 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Mortgage, A Division of PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Christopher Ogden, Arlington Park at Westchase Condominium Association, Inc., Westchase Commerical Owners Association, Inc., Westchase Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
HOME NUMBER 311, ARLINGTON PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14544, PAGE 100, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
