NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on December 4, 2013, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 27, of Revised Map of REESE`S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, at Page 27, of the public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. That part of Lot 26 described as follows: beginning at the Northeast corner run South 24.5 feet, West 42.0 feet, North 9.0 feet, West 105 feet, North 15.5 feet, East 147.0 feet to beginning, Revised Map of REESE`S SUBDIVISION according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 27, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
