Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 11-003938-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING. LP is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY LENIHAN, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3, BRIGHTON BAY, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, PAGES 15 THROUGH 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of January, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
