Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 13-4186-CO-041, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NUMBER 30, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 55 THROUGH 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 22, 1972, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3929, PAGES 725 THROUGH 779, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, SUBLEASE AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF RECORD.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on October 25, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
