NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-012795-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2001-A, is the Plaintiff and TONY E. GRIGORIS; HELEN GRIGORIS; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK P, GULFVIEW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
