NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09011282CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and JASON KUEHN; BRENDA KUEHN A/K/A BRENDA MARTINO A/K/A BRENDA MARTINO KUEHN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK C, PEALE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
