NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12002162CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and BRIDGET KELLY; MICHAEL D. KELLY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29 LESS THE NORTH 7 FEET AND THE NORTH 16 FEET OF LOT 28, BLOCK A, BURROW ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
