NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014845, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FRE2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and ROBERT KENNE; JANICE KENNE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, JAN-CORY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
