NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006546 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Beverly Mallari a/k/a Beverly Fajardo, Woodbury Homeowners Association of Pinellas, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Christopher Mallari, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13, BLOCK 3, WOODBURY, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 31 AND 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
