NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006421 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey W. Berg, Lisa A. Berg, Wells Fargo Bank N.A., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
