NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-011597-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GANDY TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC is Plaintiff, and PEDRO A. CORDERO-RIVERA, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 8, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23, Building 6, GANDY TOWNHOMES, as recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 93 through 95, inclusive, according to the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
