NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-012080 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc. Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2007-AR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR4, Plaintiff and Ellen Maria Richardson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 42, FIFTEENTH ADDITION TO RE- REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 57-58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
