NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-004939 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Ryan S. Bazemore a/k/a Ryan Bazemore and Gina M. Bazemore a/k/a Gina Bazemore, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 508, MORNINGSIDE ESTATES UNIT 6B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
