NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-014872 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Springleaf Home Equity, Inc. f/k/a American General Home Equity, Inc., Plaintiff and Bryan Say and Katherine Say, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, ALSTON ANNEX NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 1970, AND VIN#: 6512M6136, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
