NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-015434 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Tammy Salguero a/k/a Tammy Roy are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK A, BOOT RANCH - EAGLES WATCH PHASE B-II, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGES 48 THROUGH 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
