NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-009529 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-PR1 Trust, Plaintiff and Daniel Lee Green a/k/a Daniel L. Green a/k/a Daniel Green are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, SAVANNAH POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGES 35-37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
