NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-13825-CI-13, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERIFICATES, 2006-2 is Plaintiff and JERRY L. WALKER JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JERRY L. WALKER JR. N/K/A LISA FERLIN; CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF CAVALRY SPV 1, LLC. AS ASSIGNEE OF SPRINT; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST CO.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 9th day of December 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 17 FOR POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 0 ° 24'27” WEST ALONG THE LINE BETWEEN LOTS 17 AND 23, A DISTANCE OF 42.70 FEET TO THE CORNER OF LOTS 22 AND 23, THENCE SOUTH 89 ° 58'36” WEST, AS DISTANCE OF 74.49 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION OF LOT LINE 16-17, THENCE NORTH 60 ° 09 '10” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 85.86 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
