NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-010099 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, As Successor Trustee To Bank of America, N.A., As Successor by Merger to Lasalle Bank, N.A., As Trustee for The certificateHolders of the MLMI Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE6, Plaintiff and Andre Dennard Rocker II a/k/a Andre Rocker Sr. a/k/a Andre D. Rocker a/k/a Andre Rocker are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 5, PINE CREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH.
