NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011436 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the FBR Securitization Trust 2005-2, Callable Mortgage-Backed Notes,Series 2005-2, Plaintiff and Land Trust Service Corporation, as Trustee, of Trust No. 12761 dated May 9, 2003 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 46, MARTIN TERRACE 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
