Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 18, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 11 AND THE WEST 40.0 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK A, HIGHLAND GROVE MANOR, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, AT PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
a/k/a 288 JERU BLVD, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 06, 2013 beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surpluse.
