Osborn, Barbara A. Siafakas-Osborn, Unknown Spouse Of John K. Osborn, Unknown Spouse Of Barbara A. Siafakas-Osborn, Bank Of America N.A, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A James Floyd, and Unknown Tenant #2 the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on October 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Spencer Subdivision, According To The Plat Thereof, As Recorded In Plat Book 30, Page 36, Of The Public Records Of Pinellas County, Florida.
