NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-000175-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FRANKLIN SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., is Plaintiff, and THERESE M. DEGENHART is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 15, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2503, FRANKLIN SQUARE PHASE I, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 76, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
