NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC002813, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Valencia Park Homeowners' Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Carsen D. Jacksen,Corine D. Jacksen and Unknown Tenant n/k/a Matt Jacksen are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 15, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 197, VALENCIA PARK UNIT 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 82, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
