NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-009978-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Ann Conrad, Tenant #1 n/k/a Christina Halsey, Tenant #2 n/k/a Diana Sizemore, Unknown Spouse of Ann Conard, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
