NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-011066 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and John Abele A/K/A John J. Abele, Jr., City of St. Petersburg, Florida, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, PILLSBURY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
