NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-007718 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 15th day of November, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, THE BRUNSON-DOWELL SUBDIVISION NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
