MITCHELL A/K/A MICHAEL MITCHELL, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 10:00 AM, January 24, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 4504, BUILDING 45, PHASE 8, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 56 THROUGH 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MAY 28, 1985 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6000, PAGES 1082 THROUGH 1163, AND AMENDMENT ADDING BUILDING 45, PHASE 8, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6549, PAGE 2304, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
