Jamison House, Unit No.301, from the condominium plat of TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 211, A CONDOMINIUM, and being described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed December 5, 1973 in Official Records Book 4110, Page 1025, as Clerk's Instrument No. 73-169487 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; according to the Condominium Plat Book 16, Pages 54, 55 and 56, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
If you fail to file your response or answer, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C.
