PORTER, DECEASED; BRENT F. PORTER, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF IRENE PORTER A/K/A IRENE D. PORTER, DECEASED; JULIA E. LASALLE, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF IRENE PORTER A/K/A IRENE D. PORTER, DECEASED; PATRICIA ANN DOUGLASS F/K/A PATRICIA PORTER HENDERSON F/K/A PATRICIA P. HENDERSON F/K/A PATRICIA A. HENDERSON, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF IRENE PORTER A/K/A IRENE D. PORTER, DECEASED; BRENDA SUSAN PIPPI A/K/A BRENDA PIPPI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; PENNWOOD MANOR CONDOMINIUM, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/19/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 5, BUILDING 10, PENNWOOD MANOR CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PENNWOOD MANOR CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3847, PAGES 297-334, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 49-53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
