NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-5123-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTEREDNOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005- 3, RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff and Michael J. Allen, Sr., Martha Allen and Ramona Richardson, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA, TO-WIT: THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 11, BLOCK 2, SHADOW LANE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, THE SAME IN FEE SIMPLE FOREVER. AND THE GRANTOR HEREBY COVENANTS WITH SAID GRANTEE THAT THE GRANTOR IS LAWFULLY SEIZED OF SAID LAND IN FEE SIMPLE, THAT THE GRANTOR HAS GOOD RIGHT AND LAWFULL AUTHORITY TO SELL AND CONVEY SAID LAND; THAT THE GRANTOR HEREBY FULLY WARRANTS THE TITLE TO SAID LAND AND WILL DEFEND THE SAME AGAINST THE LAWFUL CLAIMS O ALL PERSONS WHOMSOEVER, AND THAT SAID LAND IS FREE OF ALL ENCUMBRANCES, RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
