NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2013, 2013, and to an order rescheduling sale, docketed September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-006740-CI (33) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2000-A ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2000-A, is Plaintiff and CHRISTINA M. JENNINGS A/K/A CHRISTINA M. JENNINGS MURPHY A/K/A CHRISTINA M. SEGOVIA, et. al, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1, DIXIELAND SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 4480 70TH ST. NORTH, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33709
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
