NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-004090 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE. INC. is Plaintiff and SHELDON A. LINDSEY; JANET M. LINDSEY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 214, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 25th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; MANCHESTER HOUSE, UNIT 512 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 214, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 74 THROUGH 76 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATIONS OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4050, PAGE 1639, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
