NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014075, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and ANGELA B. HILLHOUSE; ANGELA B. HILLHOUSE, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE BRANNEN REVOCABLE FAMILY TRUST, UTD 1/24/05; ROBIN WATERSON; WILLIAM D. BRANNEN, JR.; ANTHONY BRANNEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA B. HILLHOUSE; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE BRANNEN REVOCABLE FAMILY TRUST, UTD 1/24/05; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST WILLIAM D. BRANNEN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 25th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK C, OF ANONA GROVES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
