NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 26, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-019308 -DIV. 15 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DENNIS A. ROSINSKI, ET AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.pinellas.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 10:00 AM , OCTOBER 31, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
