NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 14, 2013, the Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on July 23, 2013, and the Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on September 23, 2013 in Case No. 12-003635 CI-21, in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, that Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/ on November 15, 2013 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. EST, the property described as follows:

Thence South 89° 03' 48” East, a distance of 637.30 feet; thence South 00° 24' 38” West, a distance of 504.61 feet; thence South 89° 08' 40” East, a distance of 670.92 feet; thence South 00° 40' 19” West, a distance of 99.75 feet; thence North 89° 14' 57” West, a distance of 1290.89 feet to the East line of U.S. Alt 19 (Seminole Boulevard); thence North 00° 08' 58” East, along the East line of U.S. Alt 19, a distance of 351.39 feet to a point of curve to the left along the East line of U.S. Alt 19; thence along the arc of a curve to the left, a distance of 256.95 feet, chord bearing of North 02° 59' 37” West, a chord distance of 256.82 feet, a radius of 2342.08 feet to the Point of Beginning.
