NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-007144 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Juan P. Chavez, Larissa Chavez, Hidden Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK 8, HIDDEN CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 23 AND 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
