NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-002967-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOANTRUST 2005-OPT4, ASSET- BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT4, is the Plaintiff and OURANIA ALOIZAKIS; ANTHONY ALOIZAKIS; THE UNKNOWN SETTLORS/BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST U/D/T DATED JANUARY 18, 1984 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BRAE-MOOR ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
