NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-011616-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (WEST), FSB, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CALIFORNIA FEDERAL BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO GLENDALE FEDERAL BANK, FSB, F/K/A GLENDALE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JOHN BORDNER; TAMMY TROWSSE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, DODSON'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
