NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-012663-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC., is the Plaintiff and RACHELLE E. MUELLER; EAGLES GLEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANKO OVERHEAD DOORS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 211, BUILDING 2, PHASE VII, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF EAGLE'S GLEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 68 THROUGH 77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OCTOBER 14, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5259, PAGE 1396 THROUGH 1460, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
