BRANCH; LAFAYETTE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,INC.; MIRROP CONSTRUCTION & HOLDINGS, INC.; G.I. TRACTOR SERVICE; JANE DOE NKA JENNIFER WEITZEL; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 222 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISION OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, OF LAFAYETTE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM PHASE 2, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 5254, PAGE 550, AMENDED IN OR BOOK 6407, PAGE 337 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 59, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
