YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, WINDING CREEK III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 102, Building 12, WINDING CREEK III, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4864, Page 1782, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 99-101, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2400 Winding Creek Boulevard, #102, Clearwaer, Florida, 33761.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 11/12/2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
