NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-008961-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and SHELLY JEFFERS; ALAN JEFFERS; OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; JOHN P. YOUMANS, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN P. YOUMANS, JR. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, AND THE NORTH 5 FEET OF LOT 42, BLOCK 7, ORANGE HILL HOMES-FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF. AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 59 AND 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
