NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-004932-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and YAACOV PETSCHER; ERIN PETSCHER; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, OAK HARBOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
