NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10004587CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2011-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and JAMES R SCHNEIDER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES R. SCHNEIDER NKA MICHELLE SCHNEDIER; CITY OF MADEIRA BEACH, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK D, PAGE'S REPLAT OF MITCHELL'S BEACH, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
