NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10017524CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and SHERYL A PETERS; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; THOMAS N PETERS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 36' OF THE EAST 90' OF LOT 2, THOMAS G. GLOVER'S SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF BLOCK “E” OF KINYON AND WOODS' ADDITION TO SAINT PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SAID THOMAS G. GLOVER'S SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
AND
THE SOUTH 36 FEET OF THE EAST 90 FEET AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF THE EAST 100 FEET OF LOT 2, THOMAS G. GLOVER'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
