ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, who residence is unknown
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 116, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of Gateway Square Apartments No. 5, a Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 3137, Page 118, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 41 through 43, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Tyson J. Pulsifer, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 146 2nd St. N., Suite 100, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 on or before 11/12/2013 (no later than 30 days from the date of first publication of this notice of action), and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice. Publishing is to take place in the Business Observer for two (2) consecutive weeks.
